Apopka Robotics

Using robotics to increase youth interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics in our hometown.

What is 4-H?

4-H is a positive youth development organization that empowers young people to reach their full potential.
4-H mentorship enables America’s youth to emerge as leaders through hands-on educational programs grounded in University tested research.

Youth, ages 5-18, can be 4-H members and enroll in many different 4-H projects. Youth, ages 5-7, can be 4-H Cloverbud members.  Members 8-18 may exhibit their completed work to be judged for awards. .

To enroll in 4-H your child needs to be 5 by September 1st.  If your child turns 5 on September 1st, they will be eligible to join. If your child’s birthday is after September 1st, they will have to wait a year before they can join.  There are some activities which, for your child’s safety, he/she will not be allowed to participate until they are 8 by September 1st.

 “I pledge…
my head to clearer thinking,
my heart to greater loyalty,

my hands to larger service and

my health to better living
for my club, my community,

my country and my world.”
